MUSH is a 36 m² modern holiday home on a lakeside plot in Kuopio, inspired by organic, mushroom-like forms. Its design features a narrow stem-like base and a widening, protective roof (“cap”), creating a compact and material-efficient home. The house integrates living, dining, sleeping, and bathroom functions in the main area, a central spa with a sauna and relaxation space, and a social zone for leisure and outdoor cooking, such as grilling. A smart, efficient design makes every square meter count, blending modern comfort with a natural, organic aesthetic.
